Anybody here brew their own?
We're about to give it a try, and I'm first wondering how significant it is to fully brew the mixture v. making the syrup and adding that to soda water. I'm curious about this because I figure it's also going to take us a while to come up with the right syrup recipe, and if we can do that step and usefully test them using soda water it will probably save a lot of time.
