I was recently in Washington, D.C. and some friends took me to Franklin's Restaurant, Brewery, and General Store(Hyattsville, MD). Besides having a store filled with wacky toys and various fun stuff, good pizza, and bbq, they also make a really good root beer! So here's a head's up to those traveling in the area. That's one of the fun things about travel and meeting with "the locals." :D They know where to go!
